Clarification first: we are an HRIT firm, not an IT or AI firm. We do not develop our own AI models and do not train any. We use existing, established language models, evaluate when needed which one fits your case, and integrate it into your tools where it demonstrably delivers impact.
We handle the actual build ourselves with AI leverage, or, where it gets deep into the IT craft, with vetted IT partners. We keep the project lead and the HR understanding, the partners bring the technical depth. Both transparently labelled.

How quickly is a first version clickable?

Who actually builds?
HRIT.ch builds itself. For deep specialist topics (e.g. hardware integration, very large migration projects) we bring in vetted partners, transparently disclosed in the offer.
What if we want to keep building ourselves later?
The code and data are yours. We hand over the repo, hosting setup and docs. You can end maintenance without the software dying.
Which tech stacks do you use?
We work with modern, maintained frameworks (Next.js, Tailwind, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Supabase, AWS / Cloudflare Workers, depending on requirements). The choice depends on the use case, with the goal that any capable developer can take it over later.
How is AI used?
AI helps us write code faster. All deliverables are reviewed by humans before handover. Where chatbots or knowledge tools use AI, we ensure «no-train» configuration and avoid letting confidential data into external training sets.
Do you also build native mobile apps?
For most use cases a Progressive Web App is enough. When your use case needs offline functionality, push notifications or hardware sensors, we build native (iOS/Android via React Native).
What about data protection?
Hosting by default in Switzerland or the EU. We build FADP- and GDPR-compliant, with a processing register and DPA provision. Details: /datenschutz.
