BUILD
Building and delivering
How quickly do we see something clickable?
Scope call within 24 hours. Fixed-price offer shortly after. First clickable prototype typically after three to five working days. Live build in two to eight weeks, depending on scope.
What does a build really cost?
We work with three tiers: Spark (a single tool), Process (a complete process, recommended) and Platform (an embedded module solution). We name concrete fixed prices in the scope call, because they depend on scope. What we do not do: an open-ended timesheet lottery without a cap.
Who owns the code in the end?
You do. On full payment, ownership of the source code, configuration and documentation passes to you. We only reserve the right to reuse generic building blocks that we also use in other projects. Your domain-specific logic is yours.
What happens if you are no longer around?
The code and data belong to you and live either with you or in a hosting account you have access to. Another company can take over without the software dying. We document by default so that this is possible.

Data location and security
Where is our data stored?
By default in Switzerland or in the EU, depending on the chosen hosting. We prefer hosting in Switzerland for sensitive HR data and communicate this transparently in the quote.
What about the FADP and the GDPR?
Our solutions are designed to comply with the Swiss revFADP / revDSG and are GDPR-ready. We draw up data processing agreements (DPA) where needed. We minimise data collection as a design principle.
What if our IT does not want the cloud?
We can build on-premise or in your private cloud. That gets a bit more expensive and the setup takes longer, but technically it is not a problem.

What is the best way to contact you?
Via the contact form. A reply within 24 hours on working days. We deliberately leave phone numbers off the website, because clean written enquiries are better for both sides.
Does an initial conversation cost anything?
No. The scope call is free and without obligation. If we then tell you that your idea is better served by standard software, that is an honest answer too.
Do you have to build everything yourselves, or is there also consulting?
Both. If the right answer is consulting, we consult. If the right answer is a build, we build. We decide that together in the scope call.
How many of you are there?
We are a small team with a clear focus. Many people ask this because they fear scaling issues. Our answer: with AI as a lever we build what used to need teams. What we cannot manage on our own, we decline or propose partners for.
